Pamela is a 4th generation Vail Valley small business success story. Her family homesteaded in Cordillera in the early 1900's and her grandfather went on to discover Vail Mountain and build the ski resort we know today. Hard work is in her blood and and her passion to share Vail with others runs deep. With over 23 years in hospitality and numerous partnerships in Vail restaurants, Pamela founded The Grazing Fox in 2016. She knew that luxury picnic experiences would soon follow. Five years later, Picnic Vail was born. Her world-class provisions and personalized customer service has lead her to features in Forbes, Food & Wine, Wall Street Journal and more.
